Policies
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits are non-refundable and due at sign up as specified on the class description page. Deposits will only be applied to a future class within three (3) months of the originally scheduled class date, or the next available class date, for students who have notified us BY EMAIL of the need to cancel no later than seven (7) days before the originally scheduled class time.

​If you cancel your scheduled class date, it is YOUR responsibility to PROMPTLY reschedule for a class date BY EMAIL within three (3) months of your originally scheduled class date, or the next available class date.
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT:
1. If you cancel with LESS than seven (7) days notice from the scheduled class time;
2. If you are a NO-SHOW for your scheduled class time;
3. If you properly reschedule a class and then CANCEL or NO-SHOW the second time.

BALANCE OF COURSE FEES:
Once the balance of course fees have been paid, they are non-refundable. If a student does not successfully complete the course for reasons other than safety violations or attitude, they may be invited to attend the next available course date at no additional cost, at our discretion.
RANGE FEES:
There are additional range fees applicable to all live-fire courses conducted at The Cardinal Center. Range fees are set by and payable directly to Red Feather Outfitters on the day of the course. Current non-member fees include $20 per individual plus a $5 class fee.
EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS BY INSTRUCTOR:
In the event that we are forced to cancel a course due to extreme weather conditions, Instructor illness, lack of enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstance, we will PROMPTLY notify students and work to reschedule the class date at the earliest opportunity. Please know that we do everything in our power to hold course dates as scheduled.
E-GIFT CERTIFICATES:
E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable. Valid for all training classes within one (1) year of purchase.

HOSTING REQUIREMENTS:
We would love to be hosted by you!

There is a minimum of FIVE registered participants for us to travel to train with you.

ALL deposits MUST be paid by the "register by" date for the course we are teaching.
